I didn't get the welcome email
Check your spam folder for an email from Quotelatic. You can always sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout: we send you a sign-in link.
How do I get started?
Sign in to your account, add your business details and choose your industry. Your form is ready at once. The getting started guide has every step.
Request emails are not arriving
Check the address in your dashboard under Settings, Requests, and look in your spam folder. Every request is also saved in your dashboard.
The form doesn't show on my website
Copy the code from Share & embed in your dashboard and paste it into an HTML or code block. See Troubleshooting.
How do I cancel?
Sign in to your account and open Manage billing, or email us. See what happens when a plan ends.
