What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The short version
- We collect only what we need to run Quotelatic for you, keep it safe and help you.
- We don't use advertising trackers on this website, and we never sell personal information.
- Quote requests sent to a business through Quotelatic belong to that business. We store and deliver them only for that business, as its service provider.
1. Who is responsible
Growthlatic (growthlatic.com), run by Ahsan Moeen in Pakistan, is responsible for the personal information about our own customers and website visitors described here. For quote requests sent to a business, see section 6. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
When you visit quotelatic.com
Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
When you buy
Checkout is run by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It collects your payment details, which we never see. It shares with us your name, email address, country, what you bought and the order and subscription details, so we can set up your account.
Your account
Your name, email address, plan, orders, the sign-in links we send you, and the business details you add (name, industry, contact details, address, opening hours, texts, logo and photos). Business details you choose to show on your business page are public while the page is switched on.
Your dashboard
The settings you choose for your quote form, and a record of actions such as status changes and notes, so your dashboard works and you can see a request's history.
Emails with us
What you write to us and our replies.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for: your account, quote form, dashboard, business page and support (to perform our contract with you).
- To send emails about your account, payments and renewals (contract), and important product news (our legitimate interest; you can ask us to stop).
- To protect Quotelatic and its users against spam, misuse and fraud (legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run Quotelatic: our reseller Paddle.com (payments), our web host and our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Account information for as long as you have an account and for up to 6 years after, for tax and legal reasons. Server logs for up to 12 months. Backups are kept for up to 30 days. Quote requests are kept until the business deletes them or deletes its business. If a business's plan ends, its requests are kept for at least 90 days so it can export them or renew, and may then be deleted. Deleted information is gone from backups within 30 days.
6. Quote requests sent to a business
When you send a quote request to a business through a form hosted by Quotelatic (on its website, its link or its page on quotelatic.com), you share the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, address or location, details of the job and photos, with that business.
- The business is responsible for your request and decides how it is used (it is the "controller"). Please read its own privacy information, linked from its form.
- We act only for the business (as its "processor"): we store your request, email it to the business, show it in the business's dashboard and back it up. We don't use it for anything else, never sell it and never contact you about it ourselves, except to send you a copy of your request if you ask for one on the form.
- The form records your consent (the time and the wording you agreed to) and your IP address, to protect against spam and to show the business when and how you sent it.
- The form can use outside services to show maps, find addresses and work out distances (OpenStreetMap, Esri and the OSRM project). They receive your IP address and what you search for when you use those features.
- To see, correct or delete your request, please contact the business. If you write to us, we will pass your request on to the business.
Our service providers (web host and email provider) may handle this information as our sub-processors, only to run the service.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for news emails. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, keep requests and photos in private storage that can't be opened without a secret link, limit access to our systems and make daily backups that are encrypted when they leave the server.
9. Changes
We'll update this page if anything changes, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
