If Quotelatic isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. This applies to monthly, yearly and 2-year plans, and to renewals.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. You don't have to give a reason, but we'd love to know how we could do better. Refunds are made by Paddle.com to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Free trial
The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged at all.
What happens after a refund
The plan ends, so your quote form goes offline and your business page is no longer shown. Your requests are kept for at least 90 days, so you can still sign in and export them.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time so your plan doesn't renew.
