3Set it up#

  1. In your dashboard, open Business details, choose Carpet Cleaning as your industry and save. Your carpet cleaning form is ready straight away, with the settings below in Settings.
  2. Settings → Form fields: remove items you don't clean (for example car interiors).
  3. Settings → Region & photos: photos help with stains; keep Minimum photos at 1, or 0 if you prefer fewer steps.

Recommended theme: Minimal

Clean and fresh: Minimal's white, airy design matches the service.

5Reading a request#

Each request opens with a quick assessment: coloured flags for what matters most in this trade.

  • Rooms: flagged by size (anything above 2 rooms stands out).
  • Property: Office / business is flagged as a bigger or more valuable job.
  • Stains: Pet stains / odours is flagged as needing attention (cost, access or risk).
  • Items: shown for quick reading.
  • Photos: green when every photo tile is filled, amber when only some are.
  • Clean: highlighted when it is today or tomorrow, so you can plan quickly.
  • Last cleaned: Over 3 years / never is flagged as needing attention (cost, access or risk).
  • Parking: Hard to park is flagged as needing attention (cost, access or risk).

What to look at first

  • More than 2 rooms is flagged as a bigger job.
  • Pet stains are flagged: plan odour treatment.
  • Business properties are often regular work.

6Pricing your quote#

Price per room, flight of stairs and item, plus treatments.

  • A price per room and per flight of stairs.
  • A price per sofa seat, mattress and rug size.
  • Add stain protection, deodorising and pet treatment.
  • Set a minimum job price.

These are ways to think about price, not market prices. Use your own costs and local rates.

7Messages to customers#

Your quote message is filled in automatically when you send a quote on WhatsApp. This is the starter template (Settings → Page texts):

8Get more requests#

  • Partner with letting agents for end-of-tenancy cleans.
  • Ask for reviews with before-and-after photos.
